Job Description

• Work with industrialization team on the lay-out to define the supply area or Logistic Handling Group at each workstation.
• Deal with suppliers to negotiate the logistic requirements to include packaging.
• Perform ROI and TCO calculation to identify parts from PMFU that can be managed with returnable packaging.
• Estimate the quantity of packages needed by making simulation and calculation.
• Launch a RFQ for profitable packages.
• Specify all the packages in a checklist and put data in the common database in the SharePoint.
• Write the kitting and packaging instruction sheet.
• Use a validation form including a signature of the other departments that must be involved in the packaging design.
• Perform an ergonomic analysis.

Qualifications

• BA in Industrial ENG, or packaging Engineer
• 3+ years’ experience supply chain logistics
• KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
