Job Description

• Positions is in Cab Driving Team and focus will be in Seat / Controls ( Steering Wheel, pedals) development
• working cross functional and with suppliers
• execute studies and design releases in Catia following OEM methods.
• Earlier seat development, Catia and kola experience is a plus.
• Lead a defined area of technical expertise, with moderate technical complexity.
• Lead mechanical design engineering in a technical team.
• Have on holistic view on deliverables from other interfaces to secure quality & readiness before release.
• Spread knowledge and develop competence within the team.
• Develop and Manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant design experience in automotive industry including seating, steering system design & development
• Proficient in CATIA CAD tools. CREO knowledge is a plus.
• Experienced in PDM / PLM tools such as PDMLink, Windchill, Teamcenter.
