Job Description
• Creating powertrain models using GT power, MATLAB/Simulink and similar simulation tools
• Developing software in the loop models for software verification and development.
• Collaborate with technology engineers who own the software functionality and components. You will work together to optimize the design using simulation.
• Interface with new product development projects to provide simulation results for concept selection.
• Interfaces with the maintenance organization to provide simulations results to solve product quality problems.
• Implement improvement and new features into the production software/simulation environment
• Conducts tests in the laboratory and/or field to acquire data needed for simulation development and validation.
• Document simulation development, validation, and results in engineering report
• Communicate results to project, technical teams, and management
• Our team also conducts data analysis on both production and test data. Assisting with overflow work in this area is a possible task depending on your background.
Qualifications
