    Job Description

    • Design Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements.
    • Define warehouse layouts, its internal flows and storage policy.
    • Define line feeding strategy/layout and kitting. Coordinate with all stakeholders.
    • Design and implement complete internal logistics flow, picking, kitting and line feeding.
    • Be the logistics interface for medium/long term plants development strategy.
    • Collaborate with multiple functions throughout the manufacturing process to include test, production, logistics, warehouse, and project management to meet the quality cost and delivery requirements.
    • Lead activities to drive cost out of packaging through design by understanding the product value stream and logistics requirements thru the life cycle of the product.
    • Identify needs, define, and deploy requirements for internal & external standards.
    • Validate packaging designs to assure logistics needs are met and maintained through the project life cycle.
    • Take initiative to improve day to day activities thru REX and implementation of best practices within the department.
    • Lead/train/mentor members of the Logistics Engineering team.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years Supply Chain Experience.
    • Knowledge in logistics.
    • 4+ years bachelor’s degree in related field required.
