Design Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements.
Define warehouse layouts, its internal flows and storage policy.
Define line feeding strategy/layout and kitting. Coordinate with all stakeholders.
Design and implement complete internal logistics flow, picking, kitting and line feeding.
Be the logistics interface for medium/long term plants development strategy.
Collaborate with multiple functions throughout the manufacturing process to include test, production, logistics, warehouse, and project management to meet the quality cost and delivery requirements.
Lead activities to drive cost out of packaging through design by understanding the product value stream and logistics requirements thru the life cycle of the product.
Identify needs, define, and deploy requirements for internal & external standards.
Validate packaging designs to assure logistics needs are met and maintained through the project life cycle.
Take initiative to improve day to day activities thru REX and implementation of best practices within the department.
Lead/train/mentor members of the Logistics Engineering team.

Qualifications
3-5 years Supply Chain Experience.
Knowledge in logistics.
4+ years bachelor’s degree in related field required.
