Job Description
The eCommerce Customer Success Intern reports to the Retail Success Manager. The position supports the Retail Team by managing the relationship of their assigned retailers. Ensuring that we meet our retailers’ expectations for service and support, it’s the primary focus of the eCommerce Customer Success Intern is to maintain the active status of the retailer and that our current syndication products are live across their site. Other duties will include assisting with internal projects tailored to the retailer, and helping to make sure project deadlines are met. These projects can consist of retail product pilots, retail program launches and proofs of concept.
You will be expected to grow and maintain business relationships with Sellpoints’ retail accounts. This includes communicating business and technology roadmaps with the retail account’s primary contact. Also, you will be expected to contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews and create new sales opportunities for your retail accounts. You will act as a lead generator for our sales team within retail partner programs and work with the Engineering team to maximize our automated delivery mechanism across your retailers, opening up new areas of opportunities for brand sponsored product placement and new retailer sales. The eCommerce Customer Success Intern will learn about the inner workings of how to sell products effectively online.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Internally manage and execute on retail projects including program pilots, launches and POCs to ensure we meet project deadlines. Coordinate with the Product team when help is needed.
Responsible for an assigned group of retail accounts to Syndicate/Publish brand content to as well as ensuring content is being displayed correctly. Must troubleshoot and follow through to a resolution when either content is not being displayed or is not displayed correctly.
Establish trusted relationships with your retail partner contacts and be the first point of contact for all items in relation to Sellpoints services.
Leverage your relationships within lead generation programs to open new sales opportunities for Sellpoints services.
Build out Retail quarterly business review slide decks to present with Retail Development Manager and/or Retail Success Manager
Qualifications
