Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator (Spanish/English Language)
Job Description
The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.
Location: Schenectady, NY, USA
Work Set up: Hybrid - minimum of x2 days per week onsite
Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $37,500 - $44,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals or commission based on defined targets and benefits including:
