Job Description

Spherion is recruiting 10 Contract Call Center Representatives for a high-volume, fast-paced inbound Customer Service Department. It is anticipated that the period of employment in this job will not exceed 18 to 24 months. The successful candidate will be employed "at-will" and employment may be terminated by the employee or the Company at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice. This is an on-site position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
• Deliver a superior experience to valued customers
• Coordinate with field representatives to ensure needs of customers are being met if not exceeded
• Operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal
• Center operates 24/7 365. Schedules are assigned in advance and may include, nights, weekends and holidays.

SKILLS:

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment, focusing on customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal
• Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Candidates should be proactive with a high-level of initiative and be creative problem solvers
• Able to sit for extended periods of time taking calls on a head set, communicating with customers, and entering information into the computer system

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years recent customer service experience in a FAST-PACED call center/customer service environment.
• Ability to take calls on a head set, communicating with customers, and entering information into the computer system.
• Candidates should be adaptable; comfortable with learning and mastering new technologies
• Candidates should be comfortable with cross-selling and up-selling products to customers
• Candidates MUST have the flexibility to work rotating shifts: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Sat & Sun 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
• The first 12 weeks of training occur during the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

The hiring process includes passing various skill assessments with above benchmark scores. Only those candidates who pass the assessments will continue in the process.
