SPHERION STAFFING IS HIRING AN ACCOUNTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST IN FORT WAYNE, IN!

SHIFT:

8AM-4PM OR 10AM-7PM

$13-$15/HR

POTENTIALLY TEMP TO HIRE. POTENTIAL TO WORK REMOTELY.

We are searching for a temporary Accounting Customer Service Specialist for a Well-known company in Fort Wayne, IN! Potential to work remotely!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the customer service team, the Accounting CSR will support all business divisions delivering exceptional customer service regarding billing inquiries. The call center will support global customers.

SKILLS:

Monitor and manage customer inquiries

Manage customer requests to make payments via credit cards and ACH.

Research and analyze systems and data regarding customer accounts.

Comply with current policies, procedures, and workflows.

Collaborate effectively with Finance team

Problem solving skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

AS Degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years in customer service

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Willingness to work in an team-oriented environment
