Conduct other related security functions as assigned by Manager, Security Programs. Key Responsibilities: * SYSTEMS AND RECORDS COMPLIANCE: research subpoena requests, assist in screening corporate records, serve as liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Assist in maintaining security related files and records. * POLICY AND PROCEDURE COMPLIANCE: Investigate violations of corporate policies and procedures as they relate to internal theft and fraud. * NEW AND CURRENT SECURITY DIRECTIVES: Monitor TSA Web board for new security directives and changes to the AOSSP and determine the requirements and effect on station operations. * ENHANCED SECURITY FRAUD PROGRAMS: conduct research to identify, track and prevent credit card fraud. * Collaborates with internal and external entities to effectively achieve positive results and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. * Tracks trends from internal and external sources that identify operational limitations, deficiencies and vulnerabilities to apply the appropriate measures to resolve and mitigate risks. Required skills/experience: * A minimum of an Associates degree from an accredited college required. * Minimum 3+ years of TSA regulatory and compliance experience or equivalent airline security and regulatory compliance experience. * Available 24/7 or as directed to respond to security related incidents relevant to carrier operations. * Bilingual English and Spanish required. * In-depth understanding of security measures as outlined in the AOSSP and current Security Directives. * Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally the elements of the security programs affecting stations and operating departments within the Company. * Strong operational knowledge of Carriers reservation system, departure control system and Company policies and procedures. * Track and trend security related data from multiple sources to identify vulnerabilities and recommend operational solutions.

• Design matrixes and data tables to support positive resolution to complex operational issues. * Maintain operational security integrity with consideration to operational costs. * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing security environment. * Secret Security Clearance. * Understands security requirements as they affect the Company and conveys such in a manner that is clearly understood across multi departments. * Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions when applying security requirements/measures to limit operational impact and cost. * Must exercise discretion that reflects that of the Department and maintains a work and personal ethic that is above reproach. *Please be advised that you will be asked to complete a required assessment to be considered for this position.
