Summary: Ensure the best service levels are obtained for high value customer programs. Work with assigned team to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. Handle accounts as assigned by Account Managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Coordinate with carriers and providers for transportation and logistics coverage. * Monitor and track shipments to ensure on time status * Assist and handle operation functions for assigned accounts. * Update order status for all orders timely * Build/maintain relationships with carriers/agents/hauling partners * Responsible for entering accurate receivables and payables for all handled accounts as well as timely billing. * Responsible for monitoring /working several operational activities and accounts to include entry of orders, SOW creation, scheduling, tracking and updating. * Responsible for assisting in pricing current and new accounts/projects with Account Manager and Senior Coordinator. * Create or seek out delivery methods/processes that are more efficient, reduce costs and improve quality * Participate in internal customer meetings to review processes and metrics * Work with Operations team to increase revenue through additional services Job Skills Required: * Demonstrate high level problem solving, communication, listening and motivational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Highly customer service oriented; strong negotiation skills * Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work * Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required * Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames * Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers * Ability to work overtime Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
