Job Responsibilities ** ** * Liaison with Safety & Quality Manager to ensure that the Claim Reduction Program and Standard Operating Procedures are being followed. * Monitor days out of work logs & follow up with what can be done to get the injured employee back to work as soon as possible. * Perform unscheduled audits from Home Office. * Monitor claim costs. * Develop questionnaire and conduct random surveys. * Prepare and maintain chart/matrix of details from stations re health care costs. * Participate in the Monthly Safety Committee Meeting * Liaise all workers compensation claims for the station to ensure proper reporting and effective accident/injury follow up and recertification. * Work with Gallagher Basset consultants to put procedures in place to help cost control. * Finance responsibilities include: * Accounting data entry * Billing according to SGHA contracts * A/P & A/R Statistics * Customer Correspondence * Other duties and assignments as requested by manager Qualifications and Competencies
