    The GNI Associate is an integral member of the Global Network Integration (GNI) team centralized in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.  Primary responsibility includes the effective management of all administrative tasks and reporting in support of GNI’s business processes, supplier management and strategic initiatives.  The GNI department has overall responsibility for global supply chain management, U.S. real estate services, household goods move management, and Affinity Programs for Sterling Lexicon.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

     

    • Support all GNI business segments including, but not limited to, Global Services, Property Services, Real Estate Services, Affinity Services, and Move Management Services.
    • Assist with the administration of Sterling Lexicon’s temporary living global sourcing platform.
    • Assist GNI business segment mangers with day-to-day reporting and administrative tasks to help ensure successful service delivery and business objectives are met.
    • Assist with verification of data integrity by generating and reviewing management reporting.
    • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports for all GNI business segments’ service and/or business process related activities to meet internal and external GNI reporting requirements and deliverables.
    • Maintain and update existing GNI supplier records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Assist the GNI segment managers with implementing new GNI business processes, suppliers, and/or services.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to improve job-related skills, responsiveness to direction and constructive feedback.
    • Show flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments.
    • Attend and actively participate in all team and/or other meetings and training sessions as deemed appropriate.
    • Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with managers, co-workers, team members and customers.
    • Accept additional job assignments and participate in project work as requested.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee and policy and procedures manual.

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.  Prefer candidates with previous customer service experience. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
