Qualifications
- 3 years aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience
- 1 plus year corporate / commercial jet experience
- Experience in developing and administering technical training programs
- Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with regulatory agencies and representatives, all levels of management team, suppliers, and other departments and sites throughout Bombardier Aerospace
- Basic knowledge of heavy maintenance practices within business and/or regional aircraft industry as required by assigned site
- Basic knowledge of training system development and administration principles
- Basic knowledge of FAR training regulations part 145 and 163
- Working knowledge of training techniques and video production
- Working knowledge of education instructional techniques and design
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
- Training skills necessary to create, deliver, and evaluate curriculum and materials
- Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, training, email, and web-based applications
- Presentation skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
This role is initially a maternity leave cover for up to 4 months. However, if you perform exceptionally well, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent position afterward.
