Support Representative - Flight Operations, Base The Flight Operations team includes aircraft pilots and pilot support. Job Responsibilities and Overview Performs a variety of Operational and Administrative tasks to support the Chief Pilot Office at each pilot base. * Maintains and distributes appropriate contractual documents, communications, pilot bulletins, notices, and mail to each pilot group via pilot mailboxes. * Answers phones and assists pilots with questions. * Maintains the base email accounts, faxes, and personal United email. * Maintains supplies for the pilot group, includes paper, ink for office, crew room and SSD rooms in the hub for pilot interfacing equipment. * Issues and is accountable for the uniform and IPad accessories to include maintaining inventory or ordering. * Processes and maintains TSA Crew Badges and is accountable for adhering to established process. * Coordinates and produces RPT packets for DENTK. * May process form letters upon request for pilots. * Additional administrative work may include tracking reports, assisting with all pilot leaves, updating pilot records in system, parking requests, hotel incidentals and travel requests. * Maintains all required Federal, OSHA/Safety, Company and Local Bulletin Boards. * Checks on computers daily. Insuring paper, ink and re-booting are done. This includes all pilot interfacing equipment throughout the station. * Processes flight plan documents, including weather briefings, fuel load and alternative airport information. * Maintains the master copy of FAR, FOM and Electronic Flight Bags (EFB). * Distributes manual revisions (Jeppesen documents) and maintains the POSBD boards. * Maintains the iPad lost/stolen/loaner equipment. * May assist in pass travel listings for jump seat and emergency travel. * Assists and completes audits for the Flight Operations pilot delays. * Assists the base on Operational integrity and reliability. * May run up to gate area to deliver pilot information or flight documents. * Assists with pilot recognition, escalates administrative functions to the Pilot Service Center and career day events or other station sponsored events. Required * High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent * Strong communication skills * Organized * Flexible * Self-motivated * Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook * Must be flexible and willing to work any shift in a 24 hour/7 day a week operation including weekends, nights and holidays * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship * Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications * Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred * Airline industry experience * Experience using CCS/CMS, SONIC & Pilot Records (PR) * Minimum of at least 6 months of Flight Operations experience * Knowledge of Pilot contract Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT
