Job Description

We are hiring a Logistics Specialist for our new facility.

The Logistics Specialist provides product delivery services with the overall goal of achieving sales targets while lowering operating expenses. Back end support entails managing different systems for compliance with (DOT, FSMA, Inventory, etc.), deliverying online purchased of goods and services, reconciling localized account payable activities, maintain records and scorecards, provide local dispatch/routing activities, run analyze and provide insights on logistic reports.

Salary range: $40000 - $47000 per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers.
• Establish and maintains productive working relationships with other team members.
• Administer and maintain inventory control program systems.
• Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
• Maintain the equipment a and work are in a clean and safe condition that meets safety regulations.
• Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred).
• Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software preferred
• Able to understand and carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Able to deal with problems relating several concrete variables in standardized situations.
