    Job Description

    The Service Desk internship provides end user support via email and in person. This is a part-time (20-30 hours/week) position for an individual with the desire to learn and apply Service Desk solutions to real life issues. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of current technologies including Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer trouble shooting skills.

    • Assist Service Desk staff with adds, moves, changes, deploying hardware and trouble shooting issues
    • Ability to communicate in written and verbal form, as well as provide exceptional customer service
    • Learn common customer service practices for the Service Desk along with Werner standards

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field preferred
    • Experience with some level of computer programming is highly desirable
