Job Description
The Service Desk internship provides end user support via email and in person. This is a part-time (20-30 hours/week) position for an individual with the desire to learn and apply Service Desk solutions to real life issues. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of current technologies including Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer trouble shooting skills.
