Job Description
Now, we’re searching for a smart, creative copywriting intern to help amplify and refine Wish’s copy. The copywriter will join the Copywriting and UX Writing team and collaborate with other writers, designers, and marketers on a variety of cross-functional marketing projects including blog articles, emails and ads. The copywriting intern will get to work on many different aspects of Wish, from our fashion brand, 1Sansome, to our blogs, to our shopping app.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Be an inquisitive and versatile writer, ready to learn
Work on a wide variety of copy projects including: editorial work, seo articles, interviews, emails, push notifications, banner ads and more
Assist with copywriters with editorial work and other creative work as needed
Work closely with other writers, designers, marketers, product managers, and engineers
Qualifications
Working towards a BA in English, Journalism, Marketing or another related discipline
Strong grasp of grammar
Previous marketing copy examples including ads, articles, emails and more
Able to work independently and open to feedback
A team player
Organized, detailed & creative
Ability to write creatively in a data-driven environment
Available to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) from January-April 2022 and authorized to work in the United States or Canada
