    Job Description

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Plan, initiate, manage, and report major projects including new tools and enhancements, system bugs, and general team operations
    • Develop a solid understanding of our business, brand protection operations, and technical dependencies
    • Act as a liaison between various stakeholders including: Brand Protection, Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to gather requirements and create clear technical specifications
    • Manage team priorities, maintain team project boards, and track project performance 
    • Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.
    • Learn, utilize, and multitask across a variety of tools to complete daily tasks

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Strong verbal and written communication plus presentation skills
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
    • 1+ years of work experience. Previous experience in product, operations, or brand protection preferred.
    • Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation creation tools
    • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
    • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Creative, analytical and passionate about our company’s mission
    • Ability to demonstrate and make data driven decisions
    • Ability to cross engage with technical and business teams effectively managing expectations
    • Ability to translate business strategies into actionable technical solutions

    NICE-TO-HAVES:

    • Experience working in eCommerce
    • Experience working in a startup
    • General knowledge of Brand Protection and/or Intellectual Property rights and protections
