Job Description

We are looking for a servant leader who is passionate about technology provide tier 2-3 support to Ungerboeck employees.

• Provide in-person / virtual customer service and issue triaging
• Providing Desktop / Laptop support for Windows OS platforms, & Integrations 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all support issues related to Windows, / MS Office suite of applications and their integration to external Enterprise applications 
• Manage administration, installation and troubleshooting of corporate hardware, software, and services
• Contribute to the employee onboarding and offboarding process in Ungerboeck's global offices
• Work with Office/People Ops on facilities-related issues and improvements
• Multitask and contribute to multiple projects
• Develop and maintain documentation of hardware, systems, software, and licensing
• Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems
• Lead technical on-site project for installations and upgrades of infrastructure
• Responsible for the day to day administration of Ungerboeck Cloud hosting services
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience with IT support
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft core technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Citrix/XenApp, VMWare)
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with PowerShell or batch scripting
• Experience with Firewalls, Routing, VPN
• Security or Network related certifications a plus
• Linux experience a plus
