Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, managing and administering support on a wide variety of commercial contracts (cross border experience a plus), part of which must be in-house, and preferably within a consumer product, e-commerce and/or technology company.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university (or equivalent) and/or a Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent training required).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Team player, enthusiasm and willingness to help others and a good sense of humor.
- Previous experience with contract lifecycle management systems (cloud-based a plus e.g., Ironclad).
- Adept at technical tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite (including Google Docs and Google Drives), document sharing (e.g., DropBox), digital signature software/e-signing tools (e.g., DocuSign), and CLMs.
