The Marketplace & Logistics team is the entry point for millions of merchants from all over the world who interact and sell through our platform. We deliver on many large scale initiatives which include integration, payment processing, logistics and fulfillment, and tracking to name a few. Whether it be delivering a platform to onboard new merchants in new geographies, improving our returns process, or scaling our logistics practice to process more than 3 million transactions per day, you will be able to impact the business on a global scale.
Job Description We are looking for Product Managers to help define and build the future of Wish’s Marketplace platform. You will own one or more of the following components: Wish Express Program, Payments, Orders, Merchant Success, Policies, and Defense.
This includes owning the product strategy for and the implementation of features that enable Wish’s 500,000+ merchants to sell and ship products to 100M+ customers worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and building features at all levels of the stack. You will be embedded within our Engineering teams to deliver impactful initiatives that continue to grow globally!
Define roadmap and strategy for growing Merchant Payments platform and business
Partner and integrate with 3rd party payment service providers
Design and implement risk and policy systems so that merchants are empowered to receive timely payments while minimizing financial risk to Wish
Gather business and technical requirements for new feature ideas, write specs, and work closely with Engineering to implement
Manage cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Engineering, Business Development, and Legal
Identify and execute on new business opportunities for the payments platform
Drive data monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement
Perform user research to ensure our products and features solve customer pain points
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management experience
Interest in or experience with marketplaces, fintech, payments
Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical ability
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders at all levels
Curiosity and desire to learn
