JOB TITLE:
Customer Service Rep. w/EDI and Retail Routing experience
Temp to Hire
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $17-$19 DOE
*Must be willing to work overtime during peak season (July-Nov)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare shipping documents and schedule freight pick-ups as required (USPS, FedEx, UPS, LTL).
o BOL’S, PACKING SLIPS, COMMERCIAL INVOICES, UCC128 LABELS
- Monitor emails to confirm all orders are received WMS system
- Reviews routing confirmations
- Check product availability against inventory database.
- Request freight quotes, as necessary.
- Work closely with warehouse for scheduled pick-ups/deliveries.
- Make sure all orders are handled promptly, and goods are shipped properly.
- Answer calls and respond to emails from customers.
QUALIFICATIONS (2+ years’ experience)
- Strong knowledge of routing guides for both Ecommerce and retail distribution.
- Required Routing Experience for Major Retailers
o MAJOR RETAILERS: WALMART, KOHL’S, NORDSTROM, MACY'S, JC PENNY, TJ MAXX
- Computer skills with the ability to use multiple programs simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Transportation, supply chain, or logistic experience.
