We are a 3PL Logistics company located in Fort Worth, TX and we are looking for a full time CSR representative with Routing Experience that can manage retail accounts (like Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Walmart, etc) in our Routing department. Our primary objective is to ensure excellent customer service satisfaction to our customers. Must be dependable with good organizational and people skills.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Full-Time Monday - Friday from 9am-5:30pm (OT as needed)

3PL Logistics hiring a CSR with Retail Routing Experience

These are the key highlights we are looking for:

Customer Service

· Follow up with the customer regarding ROUTING guides for updates, compliance, label placement, and carton requirements as needed with emphasis on avoiding chargebacks.

· Maintain professional working relationships with customer and contacts over the phone or via email

· Able to use excel to make reports

· Stay up to date on all emails, and phone calls with customers, carriers, etc.

ROUTING:

check when routing needs to be submitted and what day orders will be ready to ship. Constantly update and check logs to ensure all orders are routed timely

· Shipment Preparation

1. Routing

2. Add/adjust the daily shipping log that summarizes what is shipping for the day

3. Calling Retailer for Routing or Online Routing for Outbound Shipments

4. Schedule Pickups with Freight Companies

5. Verify Truck Shipments, Weight, Carton Count, match BOL

6. Creating BOL's and processing ASN's

7. Follow Routing Guides

Qualifications:

• MUST have at least 6 months of 3PL experience

• Retailer DC Routing Experience Required

• Vendor compliance and routing guides experience

• Bill of Lading Knowledge

• Deadline-Oriented

• Dependable and Reliable

• Computer Literate

• Excel Experience

• WMS Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
