WE ARE SEEKING A RESULTS DRIVEN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFFING PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN THE INLAND EMPIRE MARKET!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Oversee and facilitate sales
- Cold Calling prospective clients
- Generating leads for potential accounts and acquisition
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- 60-70% Travel required within California territory
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in staffing sales/customer service is required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
