WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE AN EXPERIENCED, ENERGIZED, AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED STAFFING RECRUITER FOR OUR BRANCH LOCATED IN PERTH AMBOY, NJ.

Recruiting for light industrial and skilled positions in Manufacturing and Logistics.

Performing activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

OFFICE HOURS FROM 8AM-5PM MONDAY-FRIDAY WORK SCHEDULE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in recruiting for Manufacturing and Logistics positions
• Bilingual In Spanish
• Previous experience using Avionte a plus
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
