Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating promotional contents, leading campus and group ambassadors to run weekly promotion and monthly branding activities, as well as maintaining social media channels like Wechat to expand our market and influences within the student /community groups. On the public relations side, the incumbent is responsible for creating and establishing the relationship with consumer, community, media, and public interest groups by writing press releases and other media communications and implementing PR campaigns with the goal of enriching the company's position within the public eye. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan online campaigns with campus and group ambassadors according to the market needs.
• Lead the campus and group ambassadors to run promotional activities.
• Create contents and articles to attract new users.
• Maintain good and active relationship with student ambassadors and various organizations i.e. CSSA.
• Coordinate, create and develop internal & external communications materials, including but not limited to statements, press releases, and advertisements
• Participate in media relations, advertising/media buy, online & offline events planning, and more.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, Advertising or related areas.
• Worked in CSSA while in school is a plus.
• Ability to understand and analyze data with proficiency at using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with group chat operation and management.
• Responsible, passion to work efficiently.
• Ability to cooperate and communicate with other teams .
• Related work experience in Ecommerce company is a big plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English languages, proficiency in Japanese and Korean is a plus.
