JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST to join the team in our Los Angeles Office. This role is responsible for promotion/content/campaign maintenance within the Customer Engagement team. This critical role will interact with CE managers as well as other functional teams at Yamibuy. He/she will have first-hand knowledge and access to Yamibuy’s day-to-day operations, and plan, build, and analyze customer-relevant campaigns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create, maintain, and optimize campaigns/promotions on Yamibuy, including but not limiting to writing Chinese and English copy, drawing promotion mockup, creating a landing page, supporting product selection

· Perform day-to-day operation to ensure steady and best exposure on Yamibuy’s website, including PC, iOS, Android and H5

· Support user-related project to increase conversion

· Analyze the performance of Yamibuy online campaigns and projects

· Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesized recommendations to support better decision-making and improve the operation results

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain information for ad-hoc/routine reporting and analysis needs

· Understand Yamibuy overall business goals and use these goals to guide the work

· Present result succinctly and effectively to stakeholders and leadership

· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Marketing, and convert them into campaigns

· Assist other duties per team’s need

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

· Minimum of 1 year e-commerce content operation experience

· Experience developing reports and dashboards utilizing visualization tools

· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

· Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet tight deadlines

· Proponent of developing a data-driven culture and supporting other team members

· Highly proficient in Excel

· Understands data architecture within relational database environment is a plus

· Proficient in mySQL is a plus

· Experience developing dashboards and reports with Tableau is a plus

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in bilingual language English and Mandarin
