About The Position The Supply Chain Analyst provides tactical and strategic directional support for the day to day operations, maintenance and utilization of supply services systems and processes within Ameren Supply Services. Specifically involving systems and processes pertaining to Oracle EBS, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI/BI), EMPRV Materials, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software, other enterprise systems facilitating supply chain operations, mobility extensions, process & function financial performance reporting, training technology solutions and other ancillary software tools and processes required to increase process efficiency and provide process/function visibility. Key responsibilities include: * Provide strong analytical and process support to internal business lines (constituencies) and suppliers. * Collect, analyze and report data related to use of supplier/internal constituent facing systems. * Support execution of supply chain initiatives including project tracking, analysis, design and implementation of systems and/or system enhancements. * Coordinate and drive IT activities related to changes to information flow, process and procedure, and issue resolution * Provide Level II & III service desk process problem resolution for Oracle and EMPRV related processes, systems, and procedures. * Develop Supply Chain process documentation. * Develop training materials/modules * Deliver training to business lines and suppliers on Oracle and EMPRV systems. * Assist in testing enhancements to supplier/internal constituent facing systems as requested. * Assist in developing/delivering communications related to Oracle and EMPRV systems. * Work with Accounts Payable in managing the supplier database. * Administer maintenance of application data tables for supplier/internal constituent facing systems. * Special projects & initiatives on an ad hoc basis including team or project leadership, program/ process administration. Research, analyze and prepare specialized reports on sensitive or confidential matters such as. * OBI Report Development * OBI Scheduled Reporting (Savings, Supplier Diversity, UPMG etc) * Ad Hoc Reporting Supply Services * Ad Hoc Reporting Business Line Support * RPA Program Development/Support * Prepare, coordinate, maintain, and report on the Supply Services KPI's, Scorecards, and other Performance related information. * Other relevant duties as requested Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology from an accredited college or university. Other degrees will be considered. 3 years experience in the following areas is required: * eCommerce & Supplier Collaboration * Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) or Other Computer Based Training Software * Experience in large scale ERP implementations Experience in the following areas is desired: * Bonus for emphasis on supply chain, or similar large scale change initiatives * Facilitation skills, with ability to understand and clearly communicate the effect change will have on an individual or group. * Ability to build rapport with and communicate to individuals and groups of all sizes and at all levels and business lines within the organization. * Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, relatively fast paced process and system environment. Technical: * Experience with Oracle EBS Advanced Procurement Suite v11.5.10 or higher * Experience with Robotic Process Automation Program/Project Development and Coordination * Experience with EMPRV Materials and EBOM functionality * Functionally Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite * Advanced Proficiency with MS Excel is Required Additional Information Amerens selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process.
