Position Summary The IT Infrastructure Analyst will serve as a member of the Critical Infrastructure amp; Operations team.nbsp; Major accountabilities include, but are not limited to:nbsp; handling tickets routed to thenbsp; support team for Server Operations; helping to ensure business requirements are sufficiently met; assisting in product upgrades; providing technical consultation to clients and team members; assisting in the development amp; support of product support documentation; compliance with regulatory and corporate IT standards. Responsibilities * Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Servers, Workstations and Process Applications. * Analyzing business processes, information gathering, interpreting requirements, developing specifications and implementing process workflow, including routing and approvals. * Performing activities/processes that manage Server Operating Systems, Hardware and Provisioning (AV, Backup, Patching, etc). * Participation on project teams to deliver quality server architectural solutions. * Supporting critical control centers. * Developing and promoting standard operating procedures * Performing problem resolution and root cause analysis along with recommending and implementing preventive techniques. * Documenting standard operating processes and procedures. * Ensure NERC CIP compliance requirements are meet and maintained * Participation in 24x7 on-call rotation Working Conditions * This position must sit in Cincinnati, OH * Up to 5% travel Basic/Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or three (3) years of prior equivalent work related experience in lieu of a degree * One to two (1-2) years of prior work related experience in addition to a degree Desired Qualifications * Expertise with Windows Operating Systems * Prior experience with change control processes * Experience with infrastructure support tools such as backup, Anti-malware and patching * Organization and customer service skills * Analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent teamwork skills * Ability to manage change * Ability to thoroughly document work processes, communicate, and adhere to processes * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong inter-personal skills (listening, conflict management, approachability, negotiations) * Experience working in a regulated environment such as NERC CIP, SOX or HIPAA * Familiarity with Linux Operating Systems * Familiarity with SCADA Security and NERC CIP Security requirements * Knowledge of EMC Storage Software, SAN attached storage, EMC Avamar, HP Blade Systems, Citrix, VMware, Shavlik, McAfee ePo, and Bladelogic * Knowledge of FootPrints and SQL Database Administration * Ability to learn / adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment - ability to manage change * This position requires the incumbent to be well rounded in all facets of systems administration and possess the ability to quickly assess and take ownership of a situation with a commitment to work until a resolution is found Travel Requirements 5-15% Relocation Assistance Provided (as applicable) No Represented/Union Position No Visa Sponsored Position No Posting Expiration Date Tuesday, March 20, 2018 All job postings expire at 12:01 AM on the posting expiration date.
