Looking to apply your technical skills to an organization impacting global resourcefulness? We are hiring an Intern to support our product development team. In this role, you will support data analysis and visualization, report and presentation creation, programming and product development.

Duration: Minimum 40 hours/wk during the summer, flexible hours into fall term, approximately 10-15 hours/wk.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and learn from senior level staff and engineers

• Work with cross functional teams to support product development

• Complete programming tasks related to data analysis and product development

• Utilize Excel and related graphing tools to visualize charts and information

• Analyze information and provide feedback for cellular test modules

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Enrolled in a related accredited degree program, with completion of at least two years of college coursework. (Preference for electrical engineering and computer science)

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Professional workplace communication skills

• Ability to think critically and work through challenges

• Intermediate programming abilities in Python or C

• AVAILABILITY TO WORK HYBRID - REMOTE AND ON SITE AT ITRON HEADQUARTERS IN LIBERTY LAKE, WA

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with data visualization

• Advanced programming abilities in Python or C
