What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and brand awareness.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO, email, content).

Manage creative assets, messaging, and brand identity.

Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI.

Collaborate with sales teams to support high-quality lead flow and conversion.

Plan local events, promotions, and community outreach specific to the Maryland market.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of marketing experience (solar or home services industry a major plus).

Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behavior.

Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messaging.

Experience managing marketing budgets and ad spend.
