You will join a top-notch team focused on battling the villains of the virtual world. The Nextera Cyber group is looking for cyber warriors to join us as we revolutionize cyber security infrastructure. Youll learn how to drive fast and effective detection assessment, incident response, and remediation utilizing the most sophisticated security technologies available in the world. What youll do Oversee cutting-edge, continuous incident response in collaboration with our Incident Response team Analyze and report on threats and malicious activity in client environments Prioritize and differentiate between potential intrusion attempts and false alarms Leverage our proprietary systems to develop and publish vulnerability reports Investigate threat detections generated by our Security Operations Center (SOC) systems Develop comprehensive and accurate presentations for both technical and executive audiences Triage and respond to security events in a 24/7 shift rotation schedule Collaborates with intrusion analysts to identify, report on, and coordinate remediation of cyber threats to the client. Provides timely and actionable sanitized intelligence to cyber incident response professionals. Leverages technical knowledge of computer systems and networks with cyber threat information to assess the client's security posture. Conducts intelligence analysis to assess intrusion signatures, tactics, techniques and procedures associated with preparation for and execution of cyber-attacks. Researches hackers, hacker techniques, vulnerabilities, exploits, and provides detailed briefings and intelligence reports to leadership.
