Corporate Compliance Analyst (T18-065) This is a limited duration assignment with an end date of December 31, 2019. As the Corporate Compliance Analyst, you would serve as a subject matter expert to operational units in their duty to comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures. Provide guidance on meeting compliance standards and comment on proposed regulations or standards. Compliance Program Management-Administers FERC compliance policies, programs and standards. Identifies and recommends programs and initiatives to ensure all corporate systems are compliant and to incorporate new applicable regulatory requirements. Controls Framework Assessment-Identifies compliance controls and recommend plans to monitor them. Identifies control gaps. Recommends process improvements to remediate gaps. Regulatory Docket Management-Participates in projects to complete filings. Drafts and edits PGE pleadings, interventions and filings in consultation with senior team members, operating units and Legal Department. Attends FERC open meetings, technical conferences and regional meetings as required. Investigation-Conducts tracking, identification and disposition of potential instances of noncompliance, including conducting investigations. Analyzes results and drafts conclusions and remediation plans. Analysis and Implementation-Researches new standards and regulations. Analyzes new regulations, identifies relevant subject matter experts, establishes time lines and gathers and reviews compliance evidence. Consultation and Outreach-Analyzes published FERC enforcement actions and other regulatory developments and informs individual contributors and managers in other operating units. In consultation with senior team members, designs, develops and delivers presentations on regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise to operating units. Audit and Enforcement Management-Participates in planning and execution of PGEs participation in regulatory enforcement actions, such as self-certifications, audits and external investigations. Gathers, reviews and submits evidence of compliance. Contributes to discussions of PGEs overall strategy to respond to regulatory enforcement actions. The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in finance, business, technical field or other related field or equivalent experience. Typically, five or more years in compliance, including at least two years of FERC/NERC experience or equivalent. Join us today and power your potential!
