Basic qualifications include: - Desire and demonstrated ability to work safely and promote safety and safe work practices. - Be quality conscious. - HS diploma or GED equivalent. - Stability in work history. Prefer minimum of 2-3 years work experience. - Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language well. This is a safety as well as an operational issue.
• Aptitude to follow written and verbal instructions in detail and learn additional skills with experience. - Capacity to work in extreme conditions (temperature) and lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis. - Experience in manufacturing environment including use of tools and equipment. - Ability to wear applicable personal protective equipment including chemical resistant gloves, boots, chemical splash goggles, safety glasses, face shields, and full-face respirator if required.
