The objective for the program will be to give you the opportunity to learn more about Insight, the investment industry, and what it's like to work here. You'll have a chance to meet some of our talented Insight team members, as well as other students who are interested in a career in venture capital and private equity. We'll cap off the program with a social event to allow you to connect with us and other students in a more informal way. We're truly excited to get to know you better!

We are excited to host our third annual sophomore diversity program! It is time to start the application process for our 2019 program. We are planning a two-day experience this year on May 20 – 21, 2019.
