Program Description:

We are excited to host our fourth annual sophomore diversity program! It is time to start the application process for our 2020 program. We are planning a two-day experience this year on May 14 - 15, 2020. Candidates who are currently sophomores and identify as Women, LGBTQ, Black, American Indian or Alaskan Native, or Hispanic are encouraged to apply. If you feel that you are a diverse candidate that is not represented in any of the above groups, please apply and you will be given an opportunity to identify your diverse group during the application.

Program Details:

All expenses will be covered (travel arrangements will be made by Insight in advance), including travel to and from NYC, transportation to and from our office, your hotel, as well as meals. The objective for the program will be to give you the opportunity to learn more about Insight, the investment industry, and what it's like to work here. You'll have a chance to meet some of our talented Insight team members, as well as other students who are interested in a career in software investing . We'll cap off the program with a social event to allow you to connect with us and other students in a more informal way. We're truly excited to get to know you better!
