Program Description:

We are committed to increasing diverse representation, not just at Insight but across the Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Startup ecosystems. As part of that commitment, we are excited to announce our Sophomore Diversity Summit (SDS). During this two-day program a select group of second-year undergraduate students will have the unique chance to learn more about Venture Capital, Private Equity, and the software investing space through real-world application. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with diverse leaders from across Insight and our portfolio through interactive breakout sessions. Lastly, we will host a one-of-a-kind virtual social event that will leave your mind blown!

This year we will be offering a two-day virtual program scheduled for April 2 - 3, 2021. Sophomore students (second-year students) who identify as one or more of the following groups are encouraged to apply: Women, LGBTQA+, Black, African American, American Indian, Alaskan Native, Hispanic, and/or First-Generation Students. Don't see how you identify, don't worry! We recognize that diversity comes in many different facets; we welcome you to still apply! You will be allowed to name which diverse group(s) you identify with during the application process.
