We are recruiting a full-time Chief of Staff to work directly with Repower Group's founders on business operations, administrative support, project management, and analysis on ad-hoc projects.

This person should be: 1) Organized, and excited to bring efficiency to a growing team through managing business operations and coordinating with existing office staff (legal, vendor management, administrative, accounting, office management) 2) Excited to learn new skills from working on a variety of projects in a fast paced environment 3) High energy, and looks forward to working with an exciting, growing, dynamic team 4) Resourceful, and knows how to ask for help when they need it 5) A strong written and verbal communicator

This role will be a fast paced learning opportunity with a lot of exposure to the company's projects and C-suite executives of the companies that we invest in.

We are looking for candidates who will embrace these learning opportunities, and continue to grow and strive for a more senior position in the firm or with one of our portfolio companies. If that's you - we want to meet you!
