Associates play an integral part in generating deal flow for the firm and analyzing potential investments directly alongside the senior investment partners.

Successful Associates will have one-on-one conversations with roughly 800 entrepreneurs each year in an effort to find investments for the firm.

Once an Associate identifies an opportunity, he/she will become an integral part of the due diligence process and post investment the associate will be intimately involved with working with the portfolio company.

Full-Time Associates will be current Seniors in college or recent graduates.

Associates who join the firm are entrepreneurial self-starters who are highly competitive, charismatic, and motivated to succeed in an extremely fast paced environment.

Successful candidates will often have had experience in consulting, finance, sales, or an entrepreneurial organization.

In addition, successful applicants should have a strong academic background and demonstrated extracurricular success.

Given that the position is predominately outbound sourcing of investment opportunities, a background in sales or other business development is valuable.
