Collaborative Capital, LLC is a NY-based investment fund (currently working remotely) focused on private equity and venture capital. We analyze, select and invest in funds, co-investments and direct investments on behalf of our investors. Collaborative has been active since 2000 and currently manages over $400 million in assets.

Description: Collaborative is currently seeking a pre-MBA Associate to support our Co-Chief Investment Officers. NYC-based candidates are preferred, but we would consider remote or partially remote.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence and form views on potential investments

• Monitor existing investments

• Advance Collaborative’s new products and initiatives

• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of investment banking experience

• Proficient in financial modeling

• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills
