Associates play an integral part in generating deal flow for the firm and analyzing potential investments alongside the Senior Investment team. Investment Associates will have one-on-one conversations with roughly 800 entrepreneurs each year in an effort to source multiple investments for the firm. Once an Associate identifies an opportunity, he/she will become an integral part of the due diligence process and will perform financial and operational analyses, customer references, etc. Responsibilities also include business development work on behalf of our portfolio companies to our firm's vast network of contacts.

Investment Associate candidates can be current college seniors or recent graduates (post-2012). Associates who join the firm are entrepreneurial self-starters who are outgoing, charismatic, competitive and motivated to succeed in a fast paced environment. Successful candidates will often have had experience in consulting, finance, or an entrepreneurial organization. In addition, successful applicants should have a history of extracurricular success, campus involvement, strong academic background and entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates should have an interest in technology, and an aptitude for finance and accounting, however, the Senior Professionals at the firm intend to spend time developing the skill sets and knowledge bases of the incoming Associate in the aforementioned areas. The Senior Investment Professionals of the firm have all completed similar Associate programs at top Growth Equity funds.
