Job Summary (Purpose): The HR Systems Specialist is directly responsible for system administration and end user support of SAP SuccessFactors recruiting management, onboarding, performance management, and compensation modules. Acts as the administrator for the position management function within Employee Central. Will also assist in supporting a variety of other HR systems related to compensation, benefits, employee relations, and workforce development. Will provide compensation support as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support for SAP SuccessFactors recruiting management, onboarding, performance, and compensation modules to internal users including resolving end user issues, challenges, and requests. Provide position management support within SAP SuccessFactors. Through a third party vendor, manage the pre-employment screening process including background checks, drug screens, and e-verify programs. Performs analysis of HR systems by researching and identifying the root causes for data problems such as system design, user error, or lack of standard procedures for accurate ongoing administration of HR systems and reports. Recommends, tests, and documents all system improvements and enhancements. Provides training support to users of HR systems through documentation of processes, creation of how-to documents, and delivering end user training. Provides ad hoc reporting support to HR Directors and HR Managers on information requests Performs internal and external system audits to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HR data. Acts as the point of contact for all SOX compliance requests Provide backup support to HRIS Analyst and Compensation Analyst as needed Provide project and reporting support to Compensation Manager as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to provide excellent customer service to all levels within the organization Has advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office tools Must have ability to successfully perform independent in depth analysis Ability to acquire subject matter expertise in business processes and systems that support the HR department and operations Education and Experience Required : Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years HR systems experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud based HR Systems Specialization in the areas of Recruiting (ATS), Onboarding, Performance Management, and Compensation modules. Experience with Data Analytics module is a plus. Sharepoint experience a plus AmeriGas is a Drug Free Workplace.
