• Welcome guests and customers in a kind and professional manner and assist as needed
• Hire, train, and evaluate new employees
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
• Implement recommendations to improve processes and procedures
• Plan, schedule and coordinate tasks and projects
• Coordinate tasks between the GA and IN offices
• Prepare and send outgoing mail and correspondence
• Process and manage customer orders
• Accurately collect, record, and analyze financial operations
• Maintain orderly electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Effectively manage calendar to meet deadlines
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed or required by GA or IN management

• Candidates for this position must possess a good attitude with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment and multi-task is a must.
• Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills required. Candidates must have a Junior or Senior class standing.
• Experience in an office environment a plus, proficient and accurate typist, experience with Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Office 365 and other commonly used programs with strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Must be familiar with common office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax etc.
