systems. - Segment Overview - Camerons Surface Systems Camerons Surface
segment designs and manufactures complete wellhead and Christmas tree
systems for onshore and offshore topside applications. This segment has
an extensive installed base of equipment and is collaborating with
customers around the world. Our Surface segment is not only the
industrys largest provider of surface completion and production
equipment but also has a large services business in each of its markets.
One of the major services provided by the Surface segment is CAMSHALE
Production Solutions, which specializes in shale gas production. - Job
Summary - Lead in the effective and efficient operation (without
supervision) of Surface Well Test & Hydraulics Equipment including but
not limited to Fluid Separators, Sand Separators, Manifolds, Junk
Catchers, Line Heaters, Piping, and Flare Stacks at customer job sites
providing plug drill outs, well clean up and well testing procedures to
meet customer and Production Testing quality specifications. Lead and
mentor crew. Operate Sour Wells. Operate wells with pressure up to 10000
psi. Above average computer skills - MS Office, SAP (a plus). Manage all
day to day operations. Manage complex well testing operations.
Responsible at the well site for a crew up to 6 men. Flowback Operator
works primarily at rig and well locations and conduct the following
daily activities: - Ensuring Flowback kit is operational before delivery
to customer site - Staging and rigging up the job as directed -
Operating and monitoring Flowback equipment (such as water, gas and oil
separators) according to customer guidance. - Reading and recording
accurate gauge measurements - Replacing malfunctioning parts in the
field (on occasion) - Minimum Job Qualifications - High School Diploma
or GED - Minimum of 2 years related experience - Experience in
hydraulics drill outs is required - Basic computer skills - Basic math
skills - Working knowledge of pumps, valves, rigging mechanisms,
pressure testing, etc. - Troubleshoot equipment operations within
specific guidelines and standard operating procedures - Ability to read
and understand oral and written instructions - Current and valid Drivers
License
