Hajoca is the nation's largest privately held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, industrial pipes, valves, fittings, pool and waterworks supplies for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction. We approximately 400 locations throughout the United States, representing the premier product lines in our industry. The Credit Administrator gathers, verifies, organizes, and analyzes all available credit information for new and existing customers, assigns appropriate credit lines, contacts delinquent customers in a timely and professional manner and communicates same with branch management and teams. We work together to provide the best service to our customers and company team members. As a Credit Administrator with Hajoca, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Investigate and respond to credit and accounts receivable inquiries from customers, branch personnel and management in a timely manner Manage credit lines and delinquencies and place accounts on hold as necessary Gain a working understanding of the liens/bond statutes to collect accounts receivable Utilize attorneys, collection agencies, and/or third party assistance to file liens, bond claims, or other legal action necessary to safeguard and collect accounts receivable Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations is run by a Profit Center Manager as if it was their own small business.
