You will be working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global environment to assist project managers and teams in delivering business solutions that meet objectives on time and on budget. The IT PMO Project Coordinator Assistant is an integral member of the project team and is responsible for organizing, communicating, controlling and tracking project activities under the direction of an IT Project Manager or an Associate IT Project Manager. To accomplish this, the IT PMO Project Coordinator Assistant will perform the following key functions: Responsibilities: Assists project managers in day-to-day coordination of project activities for one large project or multiple small to medium size projects Prepares and updates project schedules Assist in pro-actively tracking project progress made in completing Deliverables Assist project managers in organizing and tracking project risks, issues, action items, and decisions Assist project managers in tracking requirements, testing and training activities and artifacts Assist and support Project Change Control Process Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings, documenting & publishing meeting minutes, and reviewing tasks & deliverables Assist in creation of project presentations, status and project website Assist project managers in tracking and archiving project deliverables including acquiring official sign-offs Coordinates the on-boarding and roll-off of project resources Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Motivated and adept at organizing documents and information while aiming to simplify Must be currently enrolled in college level courses. 2018 graduates are not elligble for our 2019 Co-op and Internship programs About Hasbro Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) is a global play and entertainment company committed to Creating the World's Best Play Experiences.
