Growing HVAC wholesaler is seeking an energetic, customer service focused individual to join our inside sales team. Working knowledge of HVAC equipment is preferred. On the job training is available to the right candidate.
The Inside Sales Associate is the customer facing sales representative directly responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. This includes but is not limited to servicing all walk-in and phone customers, demonstrating a working knowledge of the company’s sales & inventory system, managing assigned customer accounts, exhibiting strong industry and product knowledge, troubleshooting customers’ problems and making appropriate recommendations and generally seeking to exceed customer expectations in every facet of the sales process.
The Inside Sales Associate position falls within the Sales Department of the company and reports directly to the Store Manager. As such, the Inside Sales Associate will provide support for the showroom merchandising and in-store promotions as well as support daily opening/closing procedures and necessary inventory control operations as directed by the Store Manager.
To be successful in this position, the Inside Sales Associate must demonstrate a working knowledge of the company’s overall operations with specific understanding of the sales process and its impact on customer service. In addition, the successful associate will demonstrate effective communication skills in working with customers and other team members to achieve sales objectives.
