Current Need Retail National Accounts (RNA) Account Management Intern Position Description McKessons Undergraduate Internprogram provides you with an opportunity to experience the healthcare industryfirst-hand. By applying your education to a real-life working environment, youwill receive a solid foundation of experience as a McKesson intern. Throughproject-based work across key business initiatives, as well as hands-onexperience, you will be exposed to many aspects of the business and draw uponyour varied skill set. Further, by working in tandem with others, you willbuild a network of support to help you develop professionally. This is ahands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growingindustry! Undergraduate Intern Program Details * Paid Internship

    • Full-time work for 10 weeks * Position will reside in Las Colinas, Texas * No company sponsored housing, relocation, student visa or Green Card assistance available * Each intern is assigned a project-focused opportunity in a specific business unit and works directly with an Intern Coordinator and Sponsor. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing industry! * The internship program also provides networking, access to executives, structured performance and coaching and fun, local activities! ** ** MinimumRequirements * Must be currently enrolled in a degree program for the duration of the internship to be eligible * 3.0 minimum GPA * Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program applicable to MIS or Product Management and scheduled to graduate in the spring of 2018 or sooner. ROLE SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITY: Within the U.S. Pharmaceuticalbusiness unit the Retail National Account (RNA) department has an opportunityto interface, manage and develop relationships with the largest retail pharmacyand mail order chains in the U.S. market. The role of Account Management involves collaboration with the RNA SalesTeam members to develop customer objectives, initiatives and goals to ensurethe success of the customer as well as McKesson. This role involves a partnershipwith many McKesson internal business units including Operations, Finance,Accounting, Procurement, Regulatory, Legal, Contract Administration as well asother outside agencies including all State Board of Pharmacies and the DrugEnforcement Agency (DEA). The focus area of this specific role includesmanaging the day-to-day operations and functions to ensure all specificcustomer Supply Agreement requirements are executed to customer expectationsand compliance. Minimum Requirements Must be currently enrolled in a degree program for the duration of the internship to be eligible Critical Skills Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute in a fun, fast-paced environment. Self-starter that brings both interpersonal skills and creative problem solving skills.
