Current Need Management Rotational Development Program (MRDP) Associate Position Description The_McKesson Management RotationalDevelopment Program (MRDP)_ is an exciting two-year development program,designed to develop top MBA graduates into future leaders who will make animpact on the future of healthcare. Workingin conjunction with leaders at McKesson, program associates will exploresolutions to some of the fundamental, yet vexing problems of healthcare:increasing complexity, burdensome paperwork, historical inefficiency and poorcommunication between constituents. Associateswill gain an understanding of the broad scope of McKessons business throughmultiple business unit rotations and company locations. Theprogram will enhance personal career development via formal and informalfeedback, direct senior leadership engagement and formal training integrated intothe program. Each rotation will culminate in an opportunity to present resultsto senior leaders. Regular feedbacksessions with rotation managers will allow for a two-way dialogue to maximizeperformance and growth opportunities. Program Components: * Orientation program at McKesson headquarters in San Francisco, CA * Challenging assignments in a variety of functions, potentially includingFinance, Sales, Operations, Product Management, Strategy, and Marketing * Exposure to andmentoring from business unit executives within McKesson * Executive presenceevaluation through end of rotation presentation to senior leaders from acrossthe company * Events designed to connect associates across different functional areasthroughout McKesson Minimum Requirements At least three years of professional experience Additional Knowledge & Skills Theideal candidate will demonstrate the following: * A willingness tolearn, develop and contribute in a fun, fast-paced environment * Flexibility torelocate as necessary during rotational program and/or for first job assignmentat the completion of the program. Rotation locations for the program mayinclude (but are not limited to) Irving, TX (Dallas), San Francisco, CA, TheWoodlands, TX (Houston), Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA and/or Moon Township, PA(Pittsburgh).
