Current Need Corporate Citizenship and McKesson Foundation Intern Position Description * Support creation and revision of processdocuments for www.mckessonfoundation.comportal for audiences including individual employees, employee resource groups,nonprofit partners, and Foundation team. Projects include: * Reviewing existing communications for usabilityand clarity * Documenting process flow * Developing new user guides and documentation foremployee giving and volunteerism, nonprofit registration, and self-servicereporting guides. * Analyze Foundation Cancer Care Community Partnerdata to determine trends in order history and detail (quantity, frequency,gender breakdown, etc.). Classify partners through research and direct outreachto determine programs and services provided, and patient groups supported. * Provide marketing and communications support topromote Foundation and Corporate Citizenship initiatives. * Conduct focus groups with various internalstakeholders to obtain feedback on how we may strengthen McKesson advocacy andenhance our companys reputation as a socially and environmentally responsiblecompany. * Supporting EOS/location research * Create and organize photo archives * Recycling data/pareto Minimum Requirements BA/BS candidate. Previous internship experience preferred, but not required. Critical Skills * Strong communication skills (written and oral) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel andPowerPoint in particular) * Self-starter who can work effectively withminimal supervision and adapt to changes in direction * Attention to detail and accuracy * Able to work effectively as part of a small,close-knit team * Background/interest in communications andmarketing is a plus * Background/interest in volunteering andcommunity service is a plus Education BA/BScandidate.
